Job Description Job Description Contact Center Supervisor Financial Services $26.44 per hour Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift Between 8:00a-8:00p Columbus, Ohio (onsite) Temp to Hire Why You’ll Love This Job: Full-time (45-hours a week), onsite leadership role Fast-paced, production-driven contact center environment May require flexibility to support varying schedules, including evenings or weekends, based on operational needs What You’ll Do: Lead and coach Customer Service Representatives in a highperformance contact center Monitor daily metrics: productivity, quality, adherence, customer satisfaction, attendance Conduct oneonones, call reviews, coaching, and performance improvement plans Support employee engagement, retention, and HR-related actions Ensure SLA achievement and manage real-time staffing with Workforce Management Identify trends, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement Enforce quality, compliance, and accurate documentation standards Support audits and escalate complex or highrisk issues Prepare and present performance reports; communicate updates and expectations Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 3 years of supervisory experience in a contact center or customer service environment required Strong understanding of contact center KPIs and performance management Proven coaching and employee development skills Experience managing attendance, productivity, and quality performance Strong organizational and documentation skills Professional communication style and ability to manage sensitive situations effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with contact center systems Apply Today!
