Team is seeking a high performing and motivated Salesforce
Principal Developer who will be a key contributor in advancing the
delivery of our Strategic/Growth Vision! Are you interested in

offerings/capabilities in support of our Customers? ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties
may be assigned
- Contribute to the Teams decisions on overall approach and
participate in tactical dialog
- Lead by example, seek consensus and help the team to be greater
than the sum of its parts
- Approve overall technical design for solutions delivered on the
Salesforce platform
- Provide expertise to address business, process, and technical
opportunities and challenges
- Identify technical design risks and develop mitigating
approaches. Guide and mentor developers and communicate closely
with the rest of the Salesforce team including keeping stakeholders
informed of solution progress and risks
- Own the development/delivery of Salesforce features from
inception to production implementation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure Salesforce development
teams follow best practices when architecting, programming, and
documenting solutions
- Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for
both technical and business suitability
- Review and provide feedback on detailed technical design
- Conduct vendor analysis and proof-of-concepts/prototypes for
new technologies/solutions
- Act as knowledge expert and translator between business users
and technical team members
- Work with Salesforce Product Managers to maintain the backlog
of features and epics
- Participate in estimation of feature sizings and prioritization
discussions
- Actively participate in Advance s Salesforce CoE (Circle of
Excellence)
- Champion a truly agile, true DevOps, true CI/CD culture here at
Advance
- Stay up to date on the latest technology trends in requirements
gathering, analysis and documentation and stay informed on the
latest technology trends in the industry The above information on

QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience including implementation,
configuration, integration, workflows, validation rules, and
security controls
- Experience providing detailed Salesforce system and functional
designs
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite
including some combination of Sales, Experience (Communities),
Service, and Marketing Clouds. Listed in the order of
expectations
- Experience in designing and developing software components and
having a strong background in database design and system
architecture
- Experience with Release Management, Source Control, Deployment
concepts/technologies and DevOps in a Salesforce environment
- Experience with unlocked packaging model using Salesforce
DX
- Experience in documenting current state business processes into
future state recommendations
- Expert level experience defining the system architecture
landscape, identifying gaps to desired end-states, and
documenting/delivering a comprehensive solution that enables
business goals
- Experience integrating Salesforce with different business
systems and working with integration tools (ESB and ETL)
- Experience in developing solutions for Large Volume Data using
Apex and process automations
- Experience in developing custom components using Aura and
lightning web components
- Advanced understanding of the data model and how and when to
create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box
functionality
- Integration experience using Web based technologies (SOAP,
REST) and/or MuleSoft
- Expert level understanding of security considerations for
external integrations to Salesforce
- Knowledge of options and how to handle requirements such as
single sign on and data security
- Experience operating in a SCRUM Framework Agile environment in
delivering software solutions
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and project related
user interview communication skills EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of experience with Salesforce SALESFORCE
CERTIFICATIONS
- Having certifications are expected SUPERVISORY
