We are looking for a talented Technical Engineer Trainer to join
our team for our operations in Columbus Indiana.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following
ways:
Provides high-quality technical training delivery on Cummins
products and systems. Delivers technical training to distributor,
dealer, and customer service personnel to enable technician
efficiency, repair quality and customer satisfaction. Provides
technical support as required.
Forecast training demand and develop plan to address business
needs.
Trains and provides technical support to technicians and service
personnel on products, policies, systems and tools.
Develop expertise through train the trainer sessions and maintain
up-to-date training materials.
Evaluates training with participant feedback and field
performance.
Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintains technical training records and report service
capability.
Customize and modify technical training programs and presentations
as required.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university or equivalent technical experience
required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export
controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including
experience in service.
This position will focus on HSK78 and Power Generation technician
qualification and customer familiarization classes. The candidate
will deliver NFPA70E, PM Load bank and HSB classes. With a
secondary responsibility of QSK95 technician qualification and
customer familiarization classes and delivery of HMLD classes.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range:
$73,600-110,400. Please note that the salary range provided is a
good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer
will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a
candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such
as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan,
Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic
Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and
professional benefits.
