jobTeam Lead (Network/Software)Columbus, OhioMust work on-site 8:00
a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.Must be local to
Columbus or willing to relocate on day 1Assumes responsibility for
continually reviewing teams' performance and responding to
escalations from schools and district administration. Assist team
members with school/building tasks as needed and organize team for
coverage of locations when a team member is out sick or on
vacation.Continually review teams' performance and ticket
countsAssures that team is keeping up on chromebook repairs and
requestsMonitor teams Respond to escalations from schools and
district administrationAssist team members with school/building
tasks as neededOrganize team for coverage of locations when a team
member is out sick or on vacationEnsure team members are completing
proper inventory transfer and disposal documents/forms.Installs and
tests software on stand-alone computers.parts requests for
timeliness and accuracyTroubleshoots and repairs hardware and
software related issues on district end point computers.Configures
and installs computer workstations.Diagnoses and resolves critical
and non-critical hardware and software problems on a timely
basis.Provides technical assistance to end users, Help Desk, and
fellow support analysts, utilizing technical information provided
through vendor relationships, hardware manufacturers and process
manuals.Responds to technology service desk trouble tickets to
resolve personal computer problems through on-site or remote
simulation and/or re-creation of the user's problem.SKILLSTwo or
more years of experience leading a team of field service
techniciansFive (5) or more years of experience in analysis,
installation, configuration and testing of micro/minicomputer
network software.Valid State of Ohio driver's license.Skill in
using analysis equipment and entering keyboard commands to diagnose
server, software, and hardware issues.Interpersonal skills
necessary to work with various levels of district staff and
external vendors/consultants in the resolution of a variety of
technology issues. Required to communicate technical information in
