Sims Brothers Recycling is Hiring Heavy Equipment Crane Operators Starting Pay $22 Per Hour Full Benefits Mobile Crane Experience Required Sims Brothers Recycling is seeking full-time, Heavy Equipment Operators for all shifts. We need operators for our Cranes, Shear Cranes, Material Handlers and Shear/Baler. You will be responsible for loading and unloading scrap metal material from Rail Cars, Open Top Trailers, Dumps, etc. at our Marion, OH location. Reasonable experience with heavy equipment operation preferred. What We Offer: Health Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance - Optional Short Term Disability 401k With 3% Company Match Holiday Pay Holidays Off Christmas Bonus Safety Shoes About the Position: Starting Pay $22 Per Hour Full-Time: 2nd Shift Location: Marion, OH Responsibilities: Operating the crane or baler under supervision Loading and unloading scrap metal Inspecting the crane and baler to ensure its safety Performing routine maintenance Driving the crane within the worksite Wearing PPE safety equipment Cleaning and maintaining the crane Requirements: Prior experience operating heavy machinery and mobile crane experience High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate Active listening and critical thinking Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
