Software Defined Vehicle Experience Designer
Design innovative in-vehicle experiences that merge digital and physical domains, driving value for Honda's future business.

About the Role
Honda is seeking a Software Defined Vehicle Experience Designer to join our global design and development team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create product solutions that deliver unique value to Honda customers.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Provide forward-looking and innovative thinking about the future of connected vehicles, exploring and conceptualizing entire design systems, including user interfaces, connected data, and interaction models.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver features and experiences using design specs, mood boards, flows, storyboards, wireframes, functional prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  
• Design and present digital and physical hybrid mock-ups and clickable prototypes of UI/UX solutions, conducting user research and testing to develop insights related to new cabin experience design concepts.
  
• Assist in leading the development of solutions that incorporate a high degree of product innovation, differentiating value, and competitive advantage.
  
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an experience designer with demonstrable experience in software defined vehicle experiences.
    
  • Strong portfolio of UX design projects that demonstrate skills and expertise.
    
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in design, including product design, interaction design, UI/UX design, service design, information architecture, human computer interaction, or equivalent project experience.
