This role is pivotal in developing and managing comprehensive security programs that align with our mission to safeguard homes, workplaces, and communities. As a Security Program Manager, you will oversee the strategic implementation of security solutions, ensuring they meet the safety standards and effectiveness our clients expect from a trusted industry leader. Develop and implement security programs that integrate physical security measures with electronic and fire safety systems. Lead multi-disciplinary teams across various locations to achieve security objectives. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively to maximize operational efficiency. Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations. Coordinate with external law enforcement and other emergency responders as needed. Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior management outlining the status, progress, and outcomes of security programs. Stay updated with latest security technologies and trends to enhance service offerings.
