Job Description:
Clean Harbors, a leader in providing essential industrial and
environmental services in North America, is seeking a dedicated
Fleet Operations Coordinator to ensure efficient management and
operation of our fleet. This position is critical in supporting our
mission to offer comprehensive environmental services including
hazardous waste management, emergency spill responses, and
industrial cleaning. The Fleet Operations Coordinator will be
responsible for overseeing vehicle operations, compliance, and
maintenance, ensuring alignment with safety protocols and
environmental regulations. Coordinate day-to-day operations of the
fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and routing to ensure
effective use of vehicles. Monitor fleet maintenance programs to
ensure vehicles are in excellent condition and meet regulatory
standards. Implement and enforce compliance with government
regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize costs and improve
operational efficiency. Manage logistics data and prepare reports
on fleet performance and costs. Ensure drivers and fleet staff
adhere to health and safety regulations. Proficiency in fleet
management software Strong organizational and logistical planning
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
analyze data and prepare performance reports Knowledge of
environmental regulations and safety standards Medical Insurance
