Safely operate a Class A truck in tandem, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that the vehicle is safe and well maintained Coordinate logistics with your team driver to optimize driving schedules and ensure timely deliveries Maintain communication with dispatch and customers to update on progress and manage delivery schedules Handle documentation for freight, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company requirements Manage load securing to ensure cargo safety throughout transit Attend scheduled training sessions to stay up to date with industry regulations and company policies Support and assist with routine maintenance on the truck when needed Strong ability to operate a Class A truck efficiently and safely Excellent time management and navigation skills Ability to work well under pressure and adaptable to unexpected situations Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team drivers, dispatchers, and customers Physical ability to handle demands of cargo loading and unloading Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Preferably holding a HazMat endorsement or willing to obtain within a specified time frame DOT medical card
