As part of our team, you will drive across various regions, employing your skills to ensure safe and timely delivery of cargo, upholding our reputation for exceptional service delivery. Safely operate a tractor-trailer/truck to transport goods and materials over specified routes, adhering to all safety regulations. Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure that the truck is in good operating condition and comply with Hogan1’s maintenance protocols. Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatchers to report any incidents or delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, distances driven, and fuel consumption in compliance with federal and state regulations. Provide excellent customer service as the face of Hogan1 to our clients, ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and on-time. Proficient in operating a commercial heavy vehicle. Strong time-management and communication skills. Basic ability to perform maintenance checks and minor repairs on heavy vehicles. Capability to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Strong stamina and physical condition to handle long hours of driving. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required. DOT medical card. Clean driving record. Familiarity with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc.) is preferred.
