As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our operations, ensuring that we continue to meet the high standards our clients expect from us. Operate a tractor-trailer and/or flatbed vehicle in accordance with company and federal regulations, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that the vehicle is safe and reporting any issues or defects for resolving. Plan routes efficiently and adjust routes to accommodate traffic conditions to deliver all deliveries on time. Maintain accurate logs of all transportation duties including electronic logs through onboard devices or paper logs as required. Provide outstanding service to customers during deliveries and pickups ensuring customer satisfaction. Comply with all applicable laws as well as company policies and procedures at all times. Proficiency in operating a commercial motor vehicle including tractor-trailers. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage routes and schedules. Capability to maintain accurate logs and records. Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and reporting. Physical ability to handle manual tasks involved in loading and unloading cargo. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a valid CDL A license. Any relevant safety and handling certificates are a plus.
