Job Description:
Join the Herr's family as our new 1st Shift Production
Supervisor at our flagship manufacturing facility. As a celebrated

role is pivotal in driving the production of our beloved potato
chips, pretzels, and popcorn, ensuring operational excellence,
safety, and efficiency. The successful candidate will be passionate
about maintaining high standards of quality and production,
embodying our values of integrity and craftsmanship. Oversee daily
production activities during the first shift, ensuring adherence to
production schedules and quality standards. Supervise and motivate
a team of production workers; manage staffing levels, scheduling,
and employee training. Monitor production processes and equipment
to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Implement and
enforce strict quality control and safety measures. Coordinate with
other supervisors and departments to optimize production workflows.
Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges,
and process improvements. Ensure compliance with all food safety
regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent
communication and organizational skills Proven ability to manage
production schedules and workforce management Knowledge of quality
control, safety regulations, and efficient manufacturing practices
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently
