Supervisor – Packout Operations Pay Rate: $27.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Position Overview The Supervisor will partner closely with the Site Leader to oversee daily packout operations and manage the Packout staff. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven people management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive accuracy, organization, and performance in a production environment. This position includes direct people management responsibilities and is ideal for a candidate who leads from the floor, supports their team, and ensures operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Directly manage, coach, and support staff, including day-to-day supervision and performance oversight Collaborate with the Site Leader to ensure staffing, productivity, and operational goals are met Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Train new employees and support ongoing development of team members Address issues promptly using sound decision-making and problem-solving skills Ensure clear communication across the team and with leadership Support process improvements and help drive consistent execution of standard work Required Qualifications Previous people management experience with direct reports (required) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to make decisions and resolve problems effectively Experience training and mentoring employees Comfortable working hands-on in a production or manufacturing environment Are you Interested?
