Newly hired full-time RT's, including new graduates, are
eligible for the sign on bonus.
The acceptance of a sign on bonus will require a 24 month
commitment to the organization.

The Respiratory Therapist functions as a performance level
respiratory therapist in providing therapeutic procedures and
diagnostic testing to the chronically and acutely ill patients
requiring respiratory procedures.
• Creates a caring and healing environment that keeps the
patient and family at the center of care
• Ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes
evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits
• Successful completion of 2 or 4 year Respiratory Care Program
• Requires an Ohio Respiratory Care Professional License and a
National Board of Respiratory Care Credential
