JOB DESCRIPTION Receptionist at Main Entrance of the
Branch Office, Assistant for Branch Manager The Kelly worker will
arrive at 9:00 AM, buzz-in & greet clients, tend to walk-in
visitors, coordinate calendars for all meeting rooms, manage
Sign-In Sheet for all Visitors for COVID-19 Tracing purposes,
provide clerical support to Branch Manager (BM), upkeep conference
rooms between meetings. Support provided to BM will include
managing calendar, submitting expense reports, managing corporate
card, sending out production reports, travel booking, coordinating
forms for BM, and recruiting activities.
JOB DETAILS : Due to the office security system, the main
doors to the Reception Area are locked at all times, and someone
must be on duty during business hours to buzz in visitors, greet
Clients and accept deliveries. Due to COVID-19 Guidelines, wearing
a Mask or face covering is required, as per office policy. A laptop
will be provided and the worker will be assigned his/her own TEMP
ID login profile and Equitable Email account, and must be able to
manage numerous secure logins and passwords. A lunchroom with
refrigerator and microwave oven is available for lunch breaks.
OFFICE HOURS will work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, less 30
minutes for lunch. Officially, Equitable's office hours
are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. But for this assignment, it will open
at 9:00 and close at 5:00 pm.
NOTE: total daily hours must not exceed 7.5 hours per day, 30
minute lunch is not paid, and no overtime hours are available for
this Job Assignment.
