Job Description:
Adecco is now recruiting Event Hosting staff for the 2015 NHL
All-Star Weekend festivities to be held at the Greater Columbus
Convention Center January 21 - 25, 2015.
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, friendly, customer
service oriented people who love interacting with large groups of
people and we have a wide variety of hosting positions
available.
Join the All-Star Ambassador Team as a Guest Relations Host helping
provide event information and directional services; ticket-taking,
gift distribution, hospitality and administrative assistance
throughout the event.
Or for those with a love of the Game, as an Interactive Host at the
ultimate hockey fan fun zone, NHL Fan Fair, helping facilitate
guest participation at the skill-testing and interactive
activities, providing instruction, information, directional
assistance and other guest services.
Shifts start as early as 9 a.m. and end as late at 1 a.m. Because
this event falls on a weekend, this is perfect if you already have
a regular full time job.
Limited edition uniforms will be provided (shirt & vest) and you
will be required to wear khaki pants and suitable athletic
shoes.
Pay Rate: $12/hr

* Excellent communication skills
* Detail oriented
* Enthusiastic personality
* Quick study
Qualifications:
* Be able to work 3 out of the 4 days of the event
* Can stand/walk for long periods of time
* Be comfortable working in large crowds
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Hockey familiarity/knowledge/passion is a tremendous asset
