Job Description:

Our client is seeking an individual to act as support and advocate for customers. They will be responding to tickets, requests, questions, and complaints quickly, engaging customers directly as needed.This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity and does require travelling between locations. If you enjoy a bit of driving (mileage is paid for) and are looking for a position where you can hold your own on site visits, this is absolutely a wonderful opportunity for you. Compensation is $24-26/hr.Our client is unable to sponsor or transfer sponsorship and cannot work with C2C at this time. SUMMARY* Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor while responding to customer support tickets in a timely manner.* Escalate and triage tickets by providing details for the reproduction of the difficult issue.* Create materials for training purposes.* Collect facts from customers on their issues and resolve through investigation, independent research, and teamwork with other areas of the business where needed.* Provide resolutions that educate the customer on self-solving in the future and where to find pertinent information.* Maintain organized and re-constructable notes to assist with improvements.MUST-HAVE SKILLS* Experience with IT End User Support* Information Systems & Infrastructure, Analysis, Installation, and Upkeep* Network Configurations (TCP/IP)* PC OS* Windows Experience* Microsoft Office
