What Will You Be Doing?

The A&F co. Human Resources team is dedicated to identifying, acquiring, and retaining the best and brightest within the retail industry and beyond. In addition to supporting our associates at the Global Home Office and around the world, our team is focused on making A&F a place where people can continually develop and grow as inclusive leaders. The Talent Acquisition team is a core strategic driver of A&F's future success. This unique opportunity on our Early Talent Acquisition team will support university recruiting strategies for our Leadership Development Programs across a variety of product facing and corporate functions.

  • Manage talent sourcing and acquisition strategies for business functions within our Leadership Development Program at Global Home Office; including Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain and Visual Merchandising
  • Create innovative solutions to strengthen diversity, inclusion, and cultural competencies across the organization as the company continues to grow globally
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from initial engagement to new hire on-boarding
  • Partner with university faculty, professors, student organizations & alumni networks to drive talent attraction
  • Lead university engagement opportunities including networking events, career fairs & information sessions
  • Creatively leverage social media platforms to tell the A&F Co. story
  • Pro-actively pipeline by mentoring freshman and sophomore talent through early engagement opportunities
  • Leverage recruiting technologies to efficiently track and manage high volume pipeline and to generate data driven hindsights and solutions
  • Provide a best-in-class, personalized candidate experience
  • Project manage and support ad hoc initiatives - employer branding, data & analytics, vendor management etc.
  • Willingness to travel domestically when company policy & CDC guidelines allow


What Do You Need To Bring?

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings
  • Ability to creatively and strategically drive candidate pipelines
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with candidates and team members
  • Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships
  • Engaging and optimistic personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change
  • Experience in behavioral evaluation (preferred)
  • Passion for retail and the Abercrombie & Fitch co. family of brands
