    McKesson is seeking a dynamic and engaging individual to fill our Quality Supervisor roles in our newly built distribution center (DC) located in Groveport, Ohio. This will be a 12-month role with a potential opportunity to expand into a permanent position based on business needs and performance.

    We currently have the following shift available to add to our team:

    Monday – Friday:

    Day Shift 6:00am – 2:30 pm and 9:00am-5:30pm

    The Quality Supervisor will be the point of contact for operations and quality functions at our kitting distribution center. They will monitor and drive compliance with regulatory, safety, corporate, and operational processes and procedures.


    • Ensures that regulatory and operational requirements are defined, implemented, and monitored
    • Conducts training on defined processes, key SOPs, and warehouse FDA and safety rules
    • Oversees quality assurance resources as well as defined processes and procedures
    • Holds all original records and maintains all required documentation
    • Identifies Quality Inspectors as needed to oversee AM/PM shifts
    • Signs-off on complete lot orders for release to shipping
    • Verifies COVID-19 workplace safety processes are followed
    • Logs all relevant information on-site processes, compliance, and issues in the quality management system 
    • Oversees scheduled or random quality inspections
    • Implements solutions for errors or compliance issues


    • Partners with Operations to communicate issues, explain/understand requirements and regulations, and to countersign documents and release product for shipping
    • Partners with DC Leaders to define areas needing additional training or job aids from identified quality issues
    • Partners with QA Inspectors to define Acceptable Quality Levels (ACLs) and ensure quality objectives are met
    • Partners with Receiving and Material Handlers to ensure ongoing product and material availability
    • Partners with Facilities Management to ensure distribution center meets security and safety requirements
