Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC policies, procedures and guidelines# Job Qualifications Education:# ################ High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience:#### ########### Healthcare related background and/or customer service experience Job-related Skills: ###### Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; ability to problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues; demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities; ability to make independent decisions. Working knowledge of computer software. Answers calls and provides assistance to needed services. Assists patients with special needs. Provides advance directive education and services for patients. Refers patient discharge concerns to appropriate hospital and community sources when needed. Provides clear directions or assistance to locations in the center and its affiliates. Assists with transportation needs. mentors volunteers as needed.
