What We NeedMentorcliQ is looking for a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Operations team and help us further leverage the power and potential of Salesforce and Pardot. This role is not for an admin who just wants to handle support tickets, but rather is a great opportunity for a creative problem-solver who wants to bring-to-bear their Salesforce and Pardot skills to improve business processes across the organization and have the agency and impact to do so.AWhat You'll DoLead initial implementation of PardotManage Salesforce CRM and Pardot, including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issuesConfiguration of new and existing features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed PackagesAssist in solving business/customer issues through the CRM and Pardot solutions and ensuring data accuracy across the systemPartner with team leads to identify, scope, and prioritize improvements, system customization, and projects that solve critical business needsCommunicate new releases and updates to stakeholders and usersDevelop customized reporting and dashboards for all levels of the company, to support individual account executives up through the C-suiteWho You AreThe ideal candidate is someone who exemplifies MentorcliQ's values and brings their Ambitious, Thoughtful, Helpful, and Fun nature to work every day and in every interaction.
