  • Provide outstanding customer service to our members, guests, and visitors
  • Assist with reservations and reciprocal club program
  • Resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient mannerWhat You'll Bring
    • Ability to multi-task, make solid business decisions with minimal supervision and work well under pressure
    • Prior customer service experience including POS in a service provider industry/hospitality a plus
    • Previous software knowledge of Northstar and Vector Plus is desirable but not needed to applyWhat You'll Receive

        • Greet members, guests and visitors, while ensuring the lobby is safely monitored.
        • Monitor incoming calls and direct to appropriate department or assist with inquiries.
        • Manage reservation systems for restaurants, rooms, events, tickets, childcare, fitness classes, etc.
        • Stay abreast of daily club activities and programs.
        • Facilitate reciprocal club program for ACC members as well as visiting club guests.
        • Remain knowledgeable on Emergency Action Plans and facility troubleshooting procedures, ensuring proper follow up of incident reports.
        • Coordinate incoming mail, packages, shipments, as well as front desk inventory.
        • Utilize Northstar system for accurate recordkeeping of all sales activity.
        • Maintain cash drawer, coordinating change with accounting office.
        • Assist the Night Auditor with clerical responsibilities as needed.
