Job Description:

Description: Associates will be answering phones, responding to inquiries, performing outbound calls as needed while ensuring accurate data entry related to COVID-19 intake and assessment. Between calls, Associates can assist safety and medical team ranging from general administration to special projects. Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm Pay: $18.00/hr Assignment Length: 6 months. May change based on Covid status (shorter/longer) What is needed to be successful in the role:

  • Ability to politely and empathetically answer inbound calls and respond to caller inquiries related to COVID while following guided scripts and flows
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail for accurately updating the database with appropriate notations for each caller
  • Ability to multi-task with inbound and outbound calls while performing data entry
  • Ability to work as part of team and ensure a strong individual contribution
  • Attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this role Requested work experience:
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience
