We learn, grow, and achieve more in our careers and in our communities.Job Description Summary:JOB SUMMARY This position reports directly to the Medical Director of Well-Being, and is responsible for execution and management of strategies to improve the well-being of providers and associates. This position will work in a highly managed environment, be responsible for oversight of the Well-Being Collaborative, and subsequent work-groups. The Advisor may have direct reports on the Well-Being Core Team, and manage system projects that have high degrees of risk. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors or clinical (ST, OT, BSN, etc) degree and minimum of five years of experience in a clinical role. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and assess effectiveness of programming, including designing surveys and data analysis Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large projects Passion and 3 years of experience leading initiatives in well-being, burnout, compassion fatigue or care for the caregiver. Background and skill in quality/process improvement and/or lean processes.
