Job Description:
Role: In the role, your main responsibility will be to
contribute to AWM Risk Business Management initiatives that are
AWM-wide in scope. The work consists of ongoing, BAU processes as
well as discrete projects that are strategic in nature. Based in
Columbus, OH, the role reports to the AWM Risk Business Manager
(VP). You will: Coordinate and/ or prepare materials for senior
management, Board, and regulators, including, Board Risk Committee,
AWM Risk Committee, and periodic presentations for regulators
(i.e., Federal Reserve Board and Office of the Comptroller of
Currency quarterly updates) Lead monthly Key Performance Indicator
(KPI) process for AWM Risk reporting and Basel Committee on Banking
Supervision quarterly metrics, and own the overall governance
process (i.e., maintain procedure, document appropriate approvals
when required, etc.) Lead overall governance of the Risk Report
Repository for AWM Risk and partner with Firmwide team to enhance
the Repository Provide support for AWM Risk to Office of Legal
Obligations (OLO) and Legal Regulatory Change Management processes,
Business Resiliency program, and Finance Maintain schedules of
critical activities and deadlines for the AWM Risk team Help drive
agendas for AWM Risk leadership team meetings, Town Halls, etc.
Assist in coordinating the Quarterly Business Review process and
deliverables Assist with ad-hoc analyses as requested by senior
management You: The Business Management Associate will need to be
able to understand Risk and AWM concepts to be able to highlight
key messages from detailed analyses performed by the team or by
others. Deliverables are often related to ad-hoc and unanticipated
requests, so the Associate must be able to deal with changing
priorities, making good decisions about how to get the work done
and communicating immediately where there are real risks to on-time
delivery. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical, given the
executive audience for much of the team's work. Expected
capabilities: Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal, with the ability to effectively summarize complex
information and risks in clear and concise reports and deliver it
in executive level presentations with precision Experience in
developing management reports/ updates and presenting to Senior
Management Experience in project management to lead deliverables
through entire life cycle Proactive and action oriented, with
strong analytical skills and ability for problem solving Ability to
build strong relationships across the organization's key support
areas Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint needed, with
Python skills a plus Background in AWM, including a high level
understanding of products and services Broad understanding of AWM
support functions; e.g. operations, technology, compliance, risk,
