Job Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote)

Centric Consulting is an international management consulting firm with expertise in digital, business and technology. We are looking for a Business Analytics Designer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:
Business Development

Lead business development, client account management, hunting and farming opportunities for Salesforce consulting services
Use your network across industry markets and geographies for networking and identifying new business opportunities, both individually and working collaboratively with other Centric business development colleagues
Write and present sales proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses
Advance Centric's relationship with Salesforce account executives and members of the Salesforce user community (e.g., Salesforce User Groups)
A frequent speaker at local and national marketing events
Blog, tweet and speak about Salesforce and Digital expertise, including public speaking and contributing to content marketing
Be a Salesforce promoter and the driving force in helping us expand within Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and into other specific clouds such as Financial Services Cloud, Commerce Cloud.

Practice Management

Primary responsibility for achieving revenue and profitability targets
Work with other Centric leaders to provide clients with solutions that extend beyond Salesforce
Work with Centric Salesforce practice leaders and department leadership on project staffing and resource management
Contribute to build-out of materials: case studies, marketing, and sales collateral
Complete required operational admin needed to support the role and the practice

Project Delivery

Maintain an average billable use of approximately 50%-75%
Lead Salesforce consulting engagements as a trusted, strategic advisor
Facilitate and ensure delivery of project kickoff, ongoing oversight and ensuring delivery excellence for Salesforce projects
Provide high-level Salesforce solution architecture and recommendations
Work with our team of 20+ Salesforce architects, admins, and developers to solution and achieve projects, including managing onshore, remote teams
Work with clients to define scope and approach for Salesforce projects, overseeing all aspects of delivery, deliverables creation and direction of project resources
Structure and present recommendations to client executives for approval

Who you are:

Minimum of 5 years' experience with Salesforce and hands-on experience defining Salesforce optimization strategies and best practices using the following Salesforce products (in order of preference): Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Community, Salesforce Licensing model
Domain knowledge of Marketing and Sales departments and operations
Prior experience with marketing automation solutions or Marketing Cloud
Experience in full-project life cycle implementations and ongoing, managed services
Experienced in integration of Salesforce primary systems and analytics.
Familiarity working with teams doing custom development around Salesforce products
Credentials to influence CMO's and CIO's about Salesforce best practices
Management Consulting experience or industry background.
Sales and business development experience.
Experience with B2B and B2C business models
4-year college university degree
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
