COORDINATOR FOR OUR FULFILLMENT OPERATIONS CENTER IN COLUMBUS

Summary (Primary Function)The Fulfillment and ECommerce Coordinator
has a primary responsibility for managing the intake, routing and
follow-up of new client tickets handled by the Fulfillment
Operations Special Projects team. This position also includes the
management all activities related to inventory management and
delivery of goods and services as may be required including
oversight of filled intermediates arriving to the Fulfillment
Centers (FFCs), kit production in a kit to order environment (KTO)
and kit fulfillment at the FFCs. Manages low inventory liability
along with balancing inventory at all OceanX Fulfillment Centers.
Assists with client onboarding.Initial Responsibilities:• Evaluate
client tickets submitted through Harbor/JIRA per the established
guidelines and route to the appropriate team as part of the FF Ops
Special Projects team.• Communicate as needed with external and
internal teams to resolve ticket related issues.• Daily reporting
and follow up of work in progress to drive toward meeting SLA•
Ensuring timely and accurate update of tickets.Additional
Responsibilities:• Efficiently plan, coordinate, expedite and
deliver quality goods and services as directed within the forecast
and budget.• Proactively communicate the status of orders, current
or anticipated problems, and circumstances that may affect
delivery, quality and/or price to internal stakeholders. • Utilizes
and interfaces TPSynergy, a supplier collaboration tool (vendor
portal), to manage delivery schedules and FFC inbound capacity.•
Maintain any Key Performance Indicator as needed for FFC related
measures• Creates and provides reporting to clients. • Proactively
provides analytics to support clients in growing their brands.•
Assists with client onboarding - work closely with CSS, Fulfillment
and Client to ensure a smooth onboarding process.• Works toward a
minimum average fulfillment rating of 97% with no aging of customer
orders beyond 5 days.• Plan activities to ensure the availability
of components, collateral, and all necessary packaging for product
to meet assembly requirements and schedules.• Tracks individual
part, intermediate or finished kit delivery, when required for kit
to stock (KTS) and prioritization for both short-term and long-term
requirements. • Work with suppliers to prioritize product in their
facility, including 'hands on' activities in the plant. •
Coordination of any User Acceptance Testing for projects that
require Supply Chain involvement• Follows-up with fulfillment
centers daily with greater focus on critical parts, intermediates
and/or kits. • Establishes routine communication process among
Planning / Quality / Sourcing / Product Development / etc. with
strong initiative to drive results.• Performs data entry, item code
attributes and BOM set up, revisions and maintenance along with
analysis of delivery dates into database. • Coordinates and audits
the strategic correctness review activity for product data and
configuration throughout a product's lifecycle.• Manages and
coordinates item configuration features and options within the
Oracle ERP business system.• Responsible for accuracy of Oracle
Item Master data as it relates to purchasing and manufacturing
data, including BOM structure and item attributes.• May be assigned
to lead special projects and/or assist manager as needed• Travel
required. (Up to 15% domestically).• Regular and reliable
attendance.• Reports to work on time; ensures work responsibilities
are covered when absent; arrives to meetings and appointments on
time. Adjusts work schedule as needed to accommodate business needs
based upon operational schedules and fiscal calendars.Other

the Manager or Director's discretion.Job Requirements (Evaluation

SkillEducation/Knowledge • Bachelor's degree in business, supply
chain or technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred. •
Experience & Navigation Skills in MRP planning systems. • Excellent
verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.• Highly
organized.• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills. • Working
knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.• Proficient in ERP / MRP
systems (Oracle 11i preferred), MS Office Applications and intranet
application (i.e., WebForm).• Ability to add, subtract, multiply,
and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and
percentages.• Encouraged to make process improvement of existing
processes and take initiatives to make changes under minimum
supervision.• Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of products,
processes, and procedures in all interfacing departments. •
Understands part manufacturing, processes, and general sequence of
operations. • Requires sufficient demonstrated experience to
immediately understand and proceed with the responsibilities of the
position with minimal assistance. • Skilled negotiator and able to
resolve disputes using tactful, diplomatic, and ethical methods. •
Demonstrates positive behavioral skills and a high degree of
self-motivation and initiative. • Ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously and influence, motivate people.Experience• Requires
at least three to six months on the job to become minimally
proficient and understand various phases of the job.• One-year
previous experience in procurement and/or supply chain
