Functions (Open)Job Description:The HR Business Partner, Corporate
Functions is responsible for providing Talent Management and HR
operational partnership and consultation to colleagues within the
corporate functions (including but not limited to Finance, HR, IT,
Legal, Supply Chain, and Marketing) across North America. This role
serves as a thought partner to mid-level management and drives
global HR processes and programs with consistency across the global
functions.Key Responsibilities Serves as a hands-on, progressive HR
Partner who develops a thorough understanding of the business,
strategic priorities, and functional goalsCoach managers and
colleagues on the effective application of HR policies, practices,
and procedures in all people areas including: talent attraction,
onboarding, performance management, colleague relations,
compensation, and benefitsPartners with Global Centers in Talent
Attraction, Learning, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to
facilitate global HR programs and processes within the corporate
functionsServes as partner and consult to managers and colleagues
throughout Performance Management cycle, including but not limited
to effective goal setting, supporting ongoing feedback and
performance discussions, development planning, annual review
processes, and manager/colleague awareness and training
sessionsConducts New Hire Orientations and supports managers and
colleagues throughout the onboarding programManages and executes
business processes within HRIS (Workday)Serves as point person for
corporate colleague relations; may conduct investigationsManages
the offboarding process for exiting colleagues; summarizes and
analyzes trends in turnover; prepares and delivers trending
feedback to functional leadersSupports teams and leaders in
Colleague Engagement Survey activities including survey
preparation, survey execution, results sharing, reporting, and
action planningPartners with Employment Coordinator to manage
Employment Sponsorships and manager educationConducts regional
and/or functional trainings and presentations to a variety of
audiences through in-person, teleconference, and/or video
sessionsManages sensitive and confidential colleague relations and
organizational mattersResponds to various queries from colleagues
and managersInteract, influence and present to senior leadership,
as applicablePartners closely with in-country HR Managers to
support global operations and colleagues, as applicableEducation
and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a
related field is requiredMinimum of 5 years of progressive Human
Resources experience; global experience preferredMinimum of 3 years
of experience with employee relations and performance management
coachingKnowledge and Skills Proficient with Human Resources
Information Systems, Workday experience preferredHighly proficient
in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Possess a
high level of ability to creatively problem solveStrong attention
to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skillsAbility to
work in a fast-pace, global culture with flexibility and
agilityProven relationship-building skillsHigh degree of
professionalism and confidentialityAbility to manage multiple
projectsExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of
