-About this Position:

The Honda Federal Credit Union provides quality financial services to members of the Honda Family.

This position is responsible for the maintenance, operation and balancing of all HFCU ATM's. It is also responsible for providing services to the Honda Companies regarding company Visas, assisting with travel needs, and assisting with Honda Loyalty Cards

-Responsibilities include:

• 
  
• -ATM maintenance and balancing
  
• Troubleshoot system anomalies/failures and working with vendors for solutions
  
• -Business Services Support (Business Visa and Honda travel requests)

    -Required Work Experience:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Three to Five years of recent customer service experience
      
    • The ability to maintain confidentiality
      
    • Proven experience with training others
      
    • One to two years of experience being a project team member
      
    • In depth knowledge of Honda Federal Credit Union (HFCU) products and services
      
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      
    • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
