We are currently seeking -experienced commercial Roofing Superintendents in several market areas including: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Louisville, and Fort Wayne for our Spec Division.CentiMark Corporation is -the -nation's leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry. -We have been in business for over 54 -years, with -95 offices across the country and over 3,500 employees. - -We have an exceptional opportunity for a -Construction/Roofing Superintendents in our -New Construction Division! -This position pays $20/hr - $40/hr based on experience.JOB SUMMARY: -Responsible for supervising a large scale, new construction roofing project. -Responsibilities Include:

Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered toSupervise multiple roofing crews at job sites / facilitiesUnderstand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan detailsCommunicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflowResponsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilitiesPlan -and execute -a successful projectMust be willing to travelAbility to work overtime as needed -Candidate Qualifications:

A valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required -Experience in Construction/Roofing Supervision -Experience in commercial roofing -a plusRequires excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Leadership, management and project management skills -Organizational and time management skills -Computer and Microsoft Office Skills -Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus -Premier Benefits:
