more! General Summary. The Senior IT Implementation Specialist is
responsible for leading and mentoring other implementation analysts
in leading multiple implementations in various phases and sizes to
ensure timely and successful implementations. This position will be
responsible for.. For projects assigned, ensure that projects
follow the correct processes. Mentor junior implementation analysts
as needed. For projects assigned, lead the implementation, from
start to finish, of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within
company distribution facilities. For projects assigned, evaluate
and plan that the correct resources are assigned to the
implementation team. Review and provide feedback on implementation
plans from implementation analysts as needed. Provide leadership
within you implementation community for the validation and
completion of the entire process. Work with design teams to make
sure all documentation is up to date and of the quality needed and
follows the SDLC process. Assist IT leadership in developing and
implementing policies and procedures to ensure that systems support
the organization''s business requirements and meet the needs of end
users. For projects assigned, ensure that the design of the
solution is sound and provides what is required. Ensure support
resources have appropriate training and documentation to resolve
issues. Work and provide technical leadership to the implementation
community to establish, maintain, and update strategy (methodology,
processes, standards, tools, services) used in implementing supply
chain systems. For projects assigned, keep communications flowing
between various systems and operations team during the projects.
For projects assigned, understand the details of the overall
implementation and requirements to ensure a complete end-to-end
solution. For projects assigned, work with implementation and
program management teams to transition new customer and development
projects into normal day to day activities. Develop and an in-depth
understanding of the business processes or technologies in area(s)
of assignment and share this knowledge within your implementation
community. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with
co-workers, the business community, external customers,
consultants, contractors, and vendors. Stay up-to-date on current
and future warehouse execution technologies, capabilities and
trends. Evaluate resources on the project and provide feedback to
management about performance, training and other action required.
Work to establish, maintain, and update strategy (methodology,
processes, standards, tools, services) used in implementing supply

Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information
Systems, or related field and 6+ years of relevant experience.
Seven+ years of experience supporting or implementing Manhattan
WMOS WMS systems is required. Strong operational knowledge and
understanding of Warehouse Management. Excellent written and verbal
communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of enterprise
hardware platforms such as UNIX and/or Linux servers and Oracle
relational databases preferred. Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL
for application development. Customer service driven. Strong team
player. Physical/Cognitive Requirements With or without

to read, write and interpret information. Ability to add, subtract,
multiply and divide. Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or
feel. Ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 8 hours per day. Must
