The Activity Assistant will provide daily activity programs for
residents and assist the Program Services Coordinator in providing
a full range of program services. This position requires tact,
sensitivity and professionalism due to constant interaction with
residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. Assist in
and deliver program services.

4125 - The Vill. At Westerville Retirement Center, Westerville,
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having
dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions. Must
be able to work as a part of a team. Must successfully complete the
required Alzheimer's training.
Job Specific Details: The primary purpose of your job position is
to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of
recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual
programs for the Assisted & Independent Living residents, in
accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may
be directed by your supervisors
