A Triage Supervisor- Night - Acute Care is needed to help us in our
endeavor to build the healthiest community in the nation ... one
person at a time.
This position will be based at the new and innovative acute care
behavioral health facility, currently under construction and slated
to open in the fall of 2023. SummitStone has the privilege of
partnering closely with Larimer County on this venture. This
voter-approved facility will provide licensed, equitable and
culturally relevant care and treatment to individuals in crisis
with mental health and/or substance use disorders. This facility
will serve anyone residing in Larimer County in need of urgent
intervention. Completion of the project will offer access to
critical services to all residents and will bring almost 200 jobs

Location: Longview - Fort Collins, CO
Status: Full-time
What You'll Do:
This position provides leadership and support during assigned shift
for acute levels of care, primarily operating out of our new 64-bed
behavioral health facility. This position provides direct support
to staff through communication, coordination and facilitation of
staffing needed to achieve the best possible care for patients.
Position is responsible for ensuring our acute care services are
appropriately staffed at all times, monitoring and tracking staff
training requirements, providing supervision as needed, and serving
as the on-site administrator in the absence of facility
Managers/Directors.
Education and Experience:
Masters degree in relevant health/human services field or other
fields relevant to behavioral health required
Experience setting and managing staff schedules
Experience providing direct crisis services is preferred
Experience working in inpatient/bed-based care settings is
preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated
and considered
Licenses and Certifications:
Required: Licensed Addiction Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social
Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage &
Family Therapist
Preferred: Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS)
Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a
valid Colorado driver's license.

Wage Ranges
The typical hiring range for this position is $76,565 to $91,874
annually, based on relevant years of experience.
Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential.
Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights,
weekend and holidays.
