Our client in the Pharmaceutical Logistics Industry is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. -

Job Title: - UX Researcher

What's the Job?

• 
  
• Identify the proper research methods needed to meet best the needs of the goals of the problems we are trying to understand
  
• Conduct or support primary user research studies with business stakeholders and users to gain user insights around met, unmet, stated, and unstated needs
  
• Conduct or support secondary research efforts, including analytics, user recordings, and feedback, survey results, customer service call logs, internal usage reports, and others.
  
• Validate concepts and prototypes to uncover additional insights and opportunities.
  
• Translate research data gathered into actionable recommendations that help inform future efforts and can deliver recommendations to business partners and leaders in a consumable and delightful manner.
  
• Define user research methods that most effectively inform strategic direction on future and current transformation efforts.

  • 
    
  • Provide a digital portfolio (demonstrating professional research and problem-solving skills)
    
  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree in HCI, UX research, cognitive science, or other relevant human disciplines is highly preferred
    
  • 3+ years of experience planning, conducting, analyzing, and communicating user research findings and insights
    
  • Expertise in understanding the right methodologies for uncovering user needs and product opportunities
    
  • Can demonstrate having conducted and/or utilized moderated and unmoderated testing methods and tools to gain insights from users
    
  • Travel when needed (-10%) in the future
    
  • Have created and presented your work in multiple formats, in particular, slide format (think Powerpoint primarily), to upper management, stakeholders, and other business partners in a consumable and enjoyable manner
    
  • Have an understanding of human-centric design principles and are passionate about user experiences.
    
  • Adaptable to change and deeply passionate about the user and their experiences, we want people who love to learn new things and challenge themselves.
