The purpose of this position is to work with individuals that have mental health and SUD diagnosis. North Community Counseling Centers (NCCC) is seeking full-time SUD Counselor to provide Substance Use Disorder and Behavioral Health services to adults in Franklin County.SUD Counselors provide a variety of services including SUD and mental health treatment, assessment and diagnoses, crisis intervention and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and integrated care.Must have valid driver's license and current insurance.Responsibilities:Assess clients' needs by interviewing and reviewing personal historyDevelop and execute individual treatment plansDetermine appropriate milestones to gauge client progressCommunicate client updates to all relevant partiesFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programsMaintain accurate client documentationQualifications:Bachelors DegreeLLCDCIII or LICDCComplete Mental Health and AOD AssessmentsAssess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal historyDevelop and execute individual treatment plansDetermine appropriate milestones to gauge client progressCommunicate client updates to all relevant partiesFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programsMaintain accurate client documentation Agency Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverageFree CEU trainingMileage reimbursementFlexible scheduleRemote and in-office work environmentsPaid vacation and sick timeGuaranteed 9 paid holidaysCompetitive reimbursementMonthly bonuses as earnedPay ranges for the clinician position are based on experience and level of licensure.
