Job Description:
A company is looking for a CS Specialist Tier I.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and timely customer service to customers and
partners
Handle inbound calls and emails to resolve customer concerns and
issues
Maintain service level expectations and meet production goals
consistently
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
2+ years of customer service experience required; 1 year call
center experience preferred
Self-direction and responsibility for tasks and timelines
Ability to work in a team environment and sustain collaborative
relationships
Proficiency in G-Suite tools, Salesforce, and collaboration
tools
