Job Summary: Associate Banker in Branch Banking
Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build long-lasting relationships, and contribute to the success of the branch by providing education, advice, and product solutions tailored to clients' financial needs.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  
• Welcome clients, manage lobby traffic, and schedule/cancel client meetings
  
• Help clients with everyday transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and address updates
  
• Educate clients on technology self-service options, such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs
  
• Assist with new account openings and branch operations, including cash device management
  
  
  Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  
  • 
    
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
    
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
    
    • 
      
    • Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional
      
    • Professional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed-oriented, and organized with follow-up skills
      
    • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
