Lehman Daman is comprised of two main divisions, large projects, and service. The large projects group handles what many would typically think of as commercial construction projects. JOB DESCRIPTION: Lehman Daman is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hand-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within the commercial construction industry. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives, help maintain brand consistency, and contribute to internal and external communication efforts. This role will assist in executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, support business development, and showcase the impactful work our team delivers across Central Ohio. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential Visit job sites to capture photos, video, and project updates for marketing Assist with content creation for social media and internal Help maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support the coordination and promotion of company events and community engagement Maintain brand standards across marketing Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed. SKILLS: Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or other design platforms is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work Detail-oriented with strong organizational Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute Interest in commercial construction is a plus EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related field Ability to work 1020 hours per week during the school year. Local students can take on additional hours during breaks; semesteronly or summeronly schedules are available for students living outside the area
