  • Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
    
  • Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.
    
  • Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.
    
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

    **The above rate includes a $2.00 pay enhancement for FT, $2.00 surge pay enhancement for all, $2.00 surge pay enhancement for weekend differential.
    
    **Enhancements listed above are in effect 10/8/21 until 12/27/21
    
    **If a part time package handler works 25+ hours in the pay period, they will earn an extra $100/week**
    
    **If a full time package handler works 40+ hours in the pay period, they will earn an extra $200/week**.
    
    The bonus listed is in effect beginning (9/5/2021) and will end (1/15/2022).
