our client is looking to add on an experienced Superintendent to
both their retail and commercial construction teams.
With over 90 years in business, this local general contractor
continues to pave the way for innovative and complex construction
projects. They are currently licensed in over 30 states and have
the capacity to build for both local and national owners.
In the past few years, this general contractor has nearly double
their annual revenue and continue to grow due to their outstanding
relationships with their customers. Some of their hottest
construction markets currently are multifamily/assisted living,
retail, healthcare and municipal.
Due to their increased growth and one of the largest backlogs
they've had to date, they are looking to hire an additional
Superintendent to their local Central Ohio field team.
The Project Superintendent will provide supervision for the
complete daily operation of the project. The Superintendent is
responsible for interfacing with owners, architects, the city and
subcontractors from the beginning phases of construction through
turnover and closeout.
The Superintendent's main focus is to manage the schedule, quality
and safety in order to keep the project moving forward quickly and

Overall job site safety
Quality assurance and quality control
The ideal candidate for the role as a Project Superintendent will
have the following skills:
Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft Project, Suretrack, or Primavera
Knowledge of applicable building codes and standards
Knowledge of corporate and OSHA safety policies and emergency
Ability to read drawings and specifications, with an understanding
of architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and how to
5+ year's construction experience
OSHA 30 hour
CPR/First Aid/AED Training
Annual base salary
Mileage reimbursement for company related travel
