  • Record, compile and analyze performance information to ensure contract compliance
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed
  • Oversee the design, generation and analysis of performance reports
  • Evaluate internal reports and provide the Director all required monitoring documents on time
  • Review, create and update operational procedures and processes for continuous quality improvement
  • Identify appropriate performance measurements and develop process review checklists for quality control and contract compliance
  • Identify contractor policy letter requirements and ensure implementation and compliance to those requirements
  • Implement a continuous quality improvement process through the continuing review of operations and administrative systems consistent with County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) Certification Standards and Company Initiatives
  • May be involved in development of testing methods
  • Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement
  • Develop and coordinate training activities to ensure that all operation staff are properly trained to implement project activities effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent related experience
    • Three to five years experience in quality control or performance of program and financial audits, evaluations and monitoring of employment & training programs desired
    • Prior experience in quality control or performance of program and financial audits, evaluations and monitoring of employment & training programs desired
    • Knowledge of applicable Workforce Investment Act (WIA) federal, state and local rules and regulations
    • Must be able to work occasionally long or extended hours, including weekends
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, data analysis, data entry and document format creation and consistency
    • Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents electronically and physically
    • Must maintain the confidentiality of all information housed in the division
    • Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including understanding the legal language of contracts
    • Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with, and among, all personnel
