Job Description:
**Role Specific Responsibilities**+ Responsible for researching
and providing resolutions for Business Banking application and
system issues, which may come directly from end users, product
teams, production tickets, mailbox requests, etc.+ Primary
production support responsibilities will include SmartApp, APSTAR
and LoanTrack application and functionality support+ Additional
responsibilities include APSTAR and Parameter table updates and
support as well PPP Forgiveness Reconciliation as needed+ Support
teams via multiple shared mailboxes and respond to questions,
research requests on supported applications, and current business
banking offerings.+ Provide systems support for reported production
issues: open tickets and drive issues, follow up and maintain
accountability and determine ownership.+ Analyze issues, identify
trends, and provide recommendations for improvements+ Maintain
process documentation and ensure information is current and
accurate+ Assist with system validation and implementation of
Changes into production, some weekend and after-hours support may
be required.+ Writing defects, testing/recreating issues to confirm
a system defect+ Ownership and tracking of issues from start to
finish.**Qualifications**+ Experience supporting a production
environment+ Experience with VLS and PPP related programs would be
beneficial+ Experience with Business Banking, APSTAR, SmartApp,
LoanTrack, and Parameters preferred+ Outstanding organizational
skills and the ability to articulate complex issues, while
successfully managing multiple priorities and meeting short
deadlines+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills+ Strong and
efficient skills in Excel (pivot tables, macros), Word, and
PowerPoint.+ SharePoint and Confluence experience would be
beneficial+ Positive attitude with the ability to build and foster
relationships with internal partners and team members+ Expert
verbal and written communications skills.+ Ability to listen
effectively and credibly present ideas+ Flexible, with ability to
work under minimum direction and use independent judgment in
decision-making+ Good interpersonal skills that allow the
individual to effectively interact with all levels of management.+
Experience partnering across multiple lines of business and/or
organizations+ 5+ years Financial Services industry experience; w/
Consumer, Business or Commercial banking preferred+ Bachelor's
degree in Business, Finance, or Systems; or equivalent
