The responsibilities of this Search Consultant / Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
Conduct one-on-one discovery calls with key stakeholders and decision makers of the organization via phone, zoom, and in person
Meet with clients via zoom or in person to conduct brainstorm sessions, consultation, and candidate reviews
Compose written Position Profiles utilizing brainstorm notes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, completing them on time and on budget
Assess and evaluate candidates using our proprietary, objective assessment tools, including resume scoring, phone interviews, and interviews via zoom
Compile candidate reports for presentation to the client
Consult, guide, and communicate with clients throughout each project in both written or verbal form
5+ years working in a business environment
Experience working directly with business owners, executives, or similar leaders
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Zoom, Skype, and other cloud or web-based applications
2+ years leadership or project management experience
4-year degree or equivalent work experience
Client services experience
B2B services experience
Human resources experience
Account management experience
Experience working with small to medium sized companies (up to 100 employees)
Experience creating customized solutions
Experience collaborating with sales professionals
Experience composing job descriptions or marketing pieces
This Project Manager / Account Manager is required to work out of the Worthington, OH office.

Salary: 55k-65k with an opportunity for incentive up to 10% of base
