looking for a 2nd Contract Site Supervisor. We are offering a $600
Sign-On bonus and a full benefits package. This position is located
in Downtown Columbus. Free underground parking available with
direct access to the building.Summary/ObjectiveUnder general
supervision, individual is responsible for planning, implementing
and monitoring contract work at each site to ensure delivery and
completion of satisfactory services.Essential Functions/Job
DutiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals

implements and monitors contract work at each site to ensure
delivery and completion of satisfactory services; ensures quality
control requirements meet specifications; maintains liaison and
good rapport with employers to ensure continued sources of
business; review and cost custodial contracts.Supervises assigned
employees; screens, interviews and recommends applicants for hire;
recommends assignments, transfers, promotions, disciplinary
actions, and other personnel actions; evaluates employee
performance; provides employee training; participates in special
projects.Ensures programs are implemented by assigned employees in
accordance with enrollee vocational plans; assists with
coordinating vocational plans and production requirements;
participates in enrollee staffing's to develop Individual Service
Plans and to meet goals and objectives and move the consumer along
the path to competitive employment; participates in implementation
through training and provides program management services as
necessary.Maintains an effective and safe work environment;
determines need for and requests necessary equipment, supplies and
materials; assists in maintenance of equipment; ensures compliance
with applicable laws, rules and regulations; Develops and prepares
records, reports and correspondence as required; provides
information and assistance for families, interested parties,
businesses and the general public.Must be able to work flexible
hours and travel by car and/or truck throughout Franklin County;
provides transportation for employees; May perform delegated
nursing tasks and/or procedures.Performs other related duties as

disabilities and production management experience

professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard
