Job Description:

Provide data center hardware support to include racking and cabling of equipment, troubleshooting, inventory management, and replacement of failed server components. Writing procedures, logging of support tickets/cases, and escalation of issues to vendors or second-level support are part of the position responsibilities. Knowledge of or willingness to learn power and cooling needs in the data hall required. Performs complex tasks and completes assignments with little or no assistance. Fully proficient in discipline. Works under limited supervision with latitude for independent judgment. Physical demands and environment of the job: Candidates can be asked to work shifts including nights, weekends & holidays. Demonstrate and apply basic to intermediate level technical literacy, knowledge and skills in the major technical disciplines. Ability to lift to 50 pounds unassisted. Computer Systems
--- Site Infrastructure. Must haves: Windows OS experience, Server Admin skills. Basic Computer Skills Minimum Requirements: Education: Associate Degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Experience: Five years of related experience including data center racking, cabling, etc. This is a full onsite position. Primary location is New Albany Data Center, however this individual may also need to travel to and work from Groveport, or other Central Ohio locations as needed. Potential for after hours work as needed. Potential for OT if needed and approved.This position is the first shift with some weekend work and extended hours. Typical hours are as follows: 8-hour shift, 8am-5pm: 5 days per week
