Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor in a
non-union high speed manufacturing facility in Chicago, ILThis job
will have the following responsibilities:
Provide leadership and training to accomplish all production
goals
Oversee and develop a team of 25+ employees
Prepare and review employees hours for payroll
Be the first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical
problems and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
Communicate and work with other team members to control and improve
the manufacturing process
Oversee the KPIs and monitor shift performance and establish any
deficiencies
Open to shift is a plusRequirements/Skills:
Packaging Manufacturing Experience is a plus.
Bachelor s Degree Preferred
Previous canning/packaging experience is a plus
3+ yeas of Supervisory experience
Six Sigma Green Belt PreferredSolid compensation package, including
