As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM's ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThis position is located in Dayton, OH.The Control Systems Cybersecurity Monitoring consultant shall serve as a technical security lead to analyze, design, and deploy network architecture and cybersecurity sensoring to conduct continuous monitoring on civil engineer / facility-related control systems and operational technology. He/she shall help plan, design, deploy, and validate sensoring solutions and actions using government-designated frameworks and security tools on industrial control systems, SCADA systems, building automation, and operational technology supporting the Dept of Air Force's critical, IT-enabled infrastructure. Ideal candidate will have strong experience and background in security engineering, network architecture, incident detection / incident response, and NOC/SOC operations. Knowledge of Risk Management Framework, facility operations, and emerging security technologies a plus.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 5+ years' security analyst experience (security operations center, incident detection/response, etc.) with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fieldActive DoD Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible)At least 2+ years' deployment, operation, and documentation of SIEM/SOAR capabilities in a watch floor environmentAt least 2 years' familiarity with industrial control systems / SCADA / Operational Technology systems and protocolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 5+ years' experience with system installation, patching, configuration and validationIT networking, system/network administration, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) knowledge, skills, and abilitiesMilitary background or close working experienceEngineering, computer science, or facilities management degreeStrong aptitude to deconstruct, tackle, and communicate complex problemsAbility to self-teach new technical and non-technical conceptsStrong attention to detailAbout Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
