  • Plan and eventually lead Schedule team meetings & assist with Prefab (PFC) Meetings as well.
  • Assist Prefab Coordinators with project look ahead updates and review with scheduling team
  • Promote standards and consistency within prefab and scheduling teams and projects
  • Assist with the creation of training documents for prefab and schedule-based processes and items
  • Learn our scheduling process and how we utilize and create schedules within the Primavera software system
  • Create and produce Project schedules and look ahead plans and reports
