Learn more about WorkJam at -WorkJam.com !SummaryYour role as an Education Delivery ConsultantWe are looking to hire a talented and creative Education Delivery Consultant to develop and administer learning curricula and content to further enhance our customer experience.What you will be doing:

• Create and deliver training programs to Workjam customers to boost adoption and competency with the Workjam platform.
• Responsible for the development of technical training which includes the production, hosting and delivery of face-to-face, virtual and online training materials and presentations.
• Create training materials such as training guides and videos for our knowledge base and Workjam Academy.
• Work closely with our customer base and -lead both group trainings and one-on-one trainings.
• Collaborate -with our Partner Enablement Consultant, leveraging trainings for our partner ecosystem.
• Work closely with the Success Team, Product Team, and Partner Enablement to continuously monitor all of our customers' training and education needs.What we're looking for:
  • You have 1 to 3+ years working in implementations, customer support or customer success (Saas experience is a bonus).
  • You have experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • You love to create training and educational content.
  • You understand the customer and can create educational programs that cater to different needs based on where they are in their journey; and cater training to accommodate all learning styles.
  • You have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • You are an effective, engaging communicator with the ability to convey a message to audiences virtual or on premise. -
  • You have implemented a "Train the Trainer" model.
  • You love to converse with customers in understand their their educational needs and how we can accommodate.
  • You have experience with a variety of learning management and content creation tools, and are confident in making recommendations for the best fit for WorkJam Academy.
  • You thrive in a remote work environment and understand the importance of proactive communication and individual accountability.
