DescriptionLooking for a rewarding position where your experience is valued, and your potential is recognized?Then we want YOU to join our team!We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Technicians to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team!PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution.Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs.General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds.Assist in snow removal as necessary.Perform other duties as required.REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or EquivalentMust speak both English and Spanish Fluently Maintenance Experience or trade school educationHVAC certification or the willingness to obtain oneDriver's License and valid car insurancePersonal, reliable transportationExcellent communication skills; written and verbalBasic computer skills; comfortable with apps and softwarePossess basic hand tools or can acquire themService mentality and a thirst for learningPositive Can-Do AttitudeExcellent AttendanceJob Types: Full-timeSalary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceRental discountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceHealth insurance premiums paid by employer (employee only)Schedule:Monday-Friday8AM - 5PMMay need to work overtimeOn-call rotation required
